Have your barcodes mailed directly to you. There is a $5 fee for this service. The last day for barcodes to be mailed is Monday, September 8th by noon. Sign up here once all of your mailed barcode batches are closed.
Sign up to pick your barcodes up from us for FREE! Batches MUST be FINISHED by midnight the night prior to picking up and sign up is required. If you go into the batch to look at anything after you clicked FINISH, it will remove you from our system's print list. Please email kristinadreani@rhealana.com with your full name and consignor ID so we can verify that we printed your labels.
Want to drop off your big items first? We will have an optional large item only drop-off on Friday, September 19 from 3-5pm. You must make a separate drop-off appt (in-store or curbside) for the rest of your items as well.
Drop off your items to us without getting out of your car! We will handle placing your items on the sales floor, so you can relax and enjoy your day! There is a $13 additional fee for this service. If you choose to donate all of your unsold items we will waive the $13 curbside fee.
Bring your entered and prepared items to the event for check-in. While there are a few steps to follow, our team will guide you through the process to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be responsible for placing your items in their designated areas within the store. This is a great option if you would like your items guaranteed! Sign up by clicking the title above!
Drive up & pick up your items! We will bring your unsold items out to your car. Items will not be guaranteed if you choose this option. With this option you are waiving your option to visit the Questions Table regarding any of your items.
We will not require an appointment for in-store pickup for this event. In-store pickup will take place on Sunday, October 5 from 12-2pm. Come in at any point during that time to pick up your items. Any items left after 2pm on October 5 will be donated.
(Coming Soon) Let us know in advance that you will be sending someone else to pick up your unsold consigned items. Note: The person you designate to pick up your items will need to have a photo ID and this pick up option voids your item guarantee.
(Information Coming Soon) Bring your BIG items to re-stock our store after our busy pre-sale. Note: We do not accept clothing at re-stock. We will allow all non-clothing items, plus Coats and Halloween Costumes
