What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 60% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 30% of your sales. You will be charged a $13.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

How Do I Get Started?

Our VIP Program is currently full for this event. You can still participate as a standard consignor.

You Can Do Both!

You have the option to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning! If you want the big items out now - like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!

We Require all VIP Consignors to Let Their Items Go Half Off

All items submitted for VIP processing will be discounted on our final discount days.

Supply Fee

There will be a $7 supply fee to cover the cost of hangers, string tags, safety pins, etc. This will be in addition to your $13 Consignor Fee. A total $20 ($13 Consignor Fee + $7 Supply Fee) will be automatically deducted from your final check.

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

We are now providing the convenience of e-checks! Your Consignor check will be emailed to you on pick up day.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Our VIP Team will be in touch with you to arrange receiving your items. We will schedule a time for to drop-off your items in Kildeer, IL. Please note that containers used to transport your items will not be returned. Place your items in boxes that you do not need back.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event. The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

Our VIP processors are compensated based on the VIP consignor sales, because of this and the large volume of applications being received, this program is reserved for those who have items in great condition.

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

We will accept short and long sleeve shirts, dresses, tank tops, swimsuits, summer dresses, linen, seersucker, hats, shoes, water toys, and Spring/Summer themed clothing.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

Are there Any Item Limits?

There is a 25 hanger limit per gender for baby clothes sized preemie(0)-12 months. Baby clothes excluded from this limit are new with tag, swim, spring (light) jackets, and sleep sacks or swaddles

There is a 25 hanger limit for Junior Girls Clothes. This is anything above a size 16-18 girls. Exclusions from limit: new with tag, swim, light jackets.
Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for the season sale. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them. Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.

There is a 10 hanger limit for Maternity items--excluded from the limit is NWT, swim, and Spring (light) jackets, and accessories.

There is a limit of 5 blankets, and 5 bedding items.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

Recalled items
Owlet
Mattresses, Crib/Toddler Mattresses
Fall/Winter themed items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
Breast pumps (unless closed system by brands Elvie and Willow only)
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)

Items requiring batteries.

All items that are battery operated must have working batteries. If we need to provide new batteries $1 per battery will be taken out of your consignor check.
